The rules for buying in the Glancis online store.

Orders
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available or the price is clearly wrong; any payment is then refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
We ship to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Ownership and risk pass to you when you receive the goods.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For unopened products we extend this to 30 days.
Guarantee and complaints
Goods that do not conform to the contract are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee. Send complaints to info@glancis.example – we reply within 15 days.
Safe use
Use car care products as described on the label and in the safety data sheet. Keep them out of reach of children.
Disputes
Latvian law applies. If we cannot settle a dispute together, you can turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv).
