How to return
Four simple steps – nothing to print.
Step 1
Tell us
Send us your order number and what you want to return – via the contact form or by email.
Step 2
Pack
Put the products in their original, unopened packaging and add the order number.
Step 3
Send
Drop the parcel in an Omniva or Unisend locker with the return code we send you, or bring it to our store.
Step 4
Refund
We check the parcel and refund you within 14 days to the original payment method.

- Unused tools and accessories with labels attached
- Wrong or faulty items – always, at our cost
Cannot be returned
- Opened or partly used liquids, unless faulty
- Microfibre towels and pads that have been used or washed
- Products damaged by incorrect use

Faulty or damaged on arrival? Report it within 2 days with a photo of the product and packaging – we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and 2-year legal guarantee always apply.
